What You’ll Do (Your Role as a Smile Concierge)
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you are essential to both the patient experience and the clinical flow.
- Support clinical procedures chairside and behind the scenes
- Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment
- Ensure instruments are sterilized and ready at all times
- Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Communicate clearly with patients and parents to create a warm, welcoming experience
- Jump in wherever needed; no task is “not your job.”
- Help create a low-stress, high-care environment for every patient
