Smile Concierge (Action-Taker Wanted – We’ll Train the Skills)

We’re looking for someone who:

  •  Doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  •  Steps in, figures things out, and follows through
  •  Thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
You might not have dental experience yet, and that’s okay.

If you’ve worked in hospitality, customer service, or a fast-moving team environment, you may already have what it takes.

Who You Are

You’re an Implementor at your core:
  •  You take action quickly and adjust as you go
  •  You learn by doing, repeating, and memorizing
  •  When something breaks or gets busy, you don’t freeze; you step up
  •  You naturally help others without being asked
  •  You take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly
  •  You stay positive and professional, even under pressure
What You’ll Do (Your Role as a Smile Concierge)
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you are essential to both the patient experience and the clinical flow.
  •  Support clinical procedures chairside and behind the scenes
  •  Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment
  •  Ensure instruments are sterilized and ready at all times
  •  Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running efficiently
  •  Communicate clearly with patients and parents to create a warm, welcoming experience
  •  Jump in wherever needed; no task is “not your job.”
  •  Help create a low-stress, high-care environment for every patient
What We’ll Teach You
  •  Orthodontic procedures and systems
  •  Infection control and OSHA standards
  •  Equipment, instruments, and workflows
  •  Patient communication and service excellence
What We Expect (Non-Negotiables)
  •  A consistently positive, team-first attitude
  •  Strong communication with patients, parents, and team members
  •  Reliability, punctuality, and accountability
  •  Willingness to learn, improve, and accept feedback
  •  Attention to detail and pride in your work
  •  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Who Should Apply
  •  Someone early in their career, looking for the right opportunity, not just a job
  •  A hospitality or customer service professional ready for something more meaningful
  •  A new or aspiring dental assistant eager to grow fast
  •  Someone who wants to be part of a high-performing, accountable team
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
